Jede Transaktion unterliegt der Identitätsprüfung, Finanzkriminalitätskontrollen, Transaktionslimits und der Verfügbarkeit der Auszahlung.

Online transfers

    Keep the receipt and transaction reference until delivery is confirmed.

Identification requirements

Depending on the transaction and customer risk profile, M-STB may request:

  • Passport
  • UK driving licence
  • National identity document
  • Residence permit
  • Proof of residential address
  • Source-of-funds information
  • Purpose-of-transfer information
  • Evidence for higher-value or unusual transactions

Providing information does not guarantee that a transaction will be accepted. M-STB may delay, decline, cancel or request further information about a transaction where required by law, regulation, risk controls or payout-partner requirements.
