What each status means
Started
Your transfer details have been created but payment has not yet been confirmed.
Payment pending
We are waiting for or verifying your payment.
Processing
We are processing the transfer and will notify you when the status changes.
Information required
We need additional information before we can continue. Sign in to review the request.
Sent to payout partner
The transfer has been sent for delivery to the selected bank, wallet or payout service.
Available for collection
The recipient can collect the funds using the required identification and transaction information.
Completed
The transfer has been completed.
Delayed
The transfer is taking longer than expected. We are reviewing its status and will provide an update.
Cancelled or declined
The transfer was not completed. Sign in or contact support for the available next steps.
